Bespoke T’s & C’s.

I am delighted that you are considering working with us to create your special piece, here’s how it works…

  1. We have a brief conversation via email to establish your requirements and expectations.

  2. A design consultation is booked and a fee of £30 is payable (this is deducted from the final invoice should you go ahead).

  3. This consultation can be via phone or in person, to fine tune your ideas and budget considerations.

  4. I will then supply you with sketches and ideas, costings and a potential time line.

  5. Once you have agreed to the design and quote, a deposit of 50% of the total price will be invoiced. On receipt of payment I will start to work on the piece, please note that all quotes are only valid for 30 days from issue. I will inform you of an expected completion date but if you have a deadline then please let me know and I will always try to work with it.

  6. When the piece is ready, you will be notified and the final invoice will be issued. Upon receipt of payment the piece can be collected or will be shipped as normal.

FYI…

Quotes are only valid for 30 days from the original date of issue. After that a new quote will be given.

Any items made to commission, to your specific requirements or with your own materials cannot be returned unless the studio is at fault, in which case this will be assessed when the piece is returned.

In the event that any designs produced from an agreed sketch or using your own materials may need modification during the making process we will inform you as soon as possible.

Every effort will always be made to create a piece according to agreed designs. Nattie Jewellery is not responsible financially or otherwise if a client changes their mind, does not like the completed piece or wishes to make further alterations.

Any goods or materials held by Nattie Jewellery for a customer as part of a commission will be stored securely and insured to their replacement material value only. Items left for a period of 4 months will be returned to the owner at their expense.
