Delivery

Items that are ordered from stock designs will be normally be ready for dispatch within 4 - 6 weeks, unless notified otherwise. All dispatch estimates are listed under the item description.

Items that are in stock will be ready for dispatch within 2-3 working days of order (of which you will be notified). 

Delivery timelines on all bespoke orders will be discussed with the individual client.

Once your order has been completed you will be notified of it’s dispatch date.

For UK customers all Products are dispatched on a tracked, insured next day service at a current cost of £7.95 payable by you. Prices may vary both in terms of increased delivery charges, and due to size and/weight of the Product. Delivery times are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such. All items will require a signature on arrival. 

Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight.

Your jewellery will be securely packaged in a Nattie Jewellery gift box within an unbranded outer envelope. If you would like a personalised message included in your parcel please let us know. 

We cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

For all non UK orders, please get in touch so that we can organise your delivery. Please be aware that any duties or taxes which might arise at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Overseas delivery charges vary and can be supplied on request, all non UK deliveries will be sent using a fully insured courier service and a tracking number will be supplied on dispatch.
