Jewellery

Where is your jewellery made?

All of our jewellery is handmade in our SE London workshop. From here, we design and create pieces from scratch using traditional silversmithing methods and using wax which we then cast into sterling silver. Our pieces are then hallmarked at the London Assay Office.

What is your jewellery made of?

All of our pieces are made from 100% recycled sterling silver and some have been plated in 24ct yellow gold vermeil.

How do I know what ring size I am?

We usually recommend popping into your local jewellers to get your ring size measured, but please see here for our ring sizing chart and instructions.

How do I look after my jewellery?

Do you offer a bespoke service for having a piece made in gold?

Yes, we can recreate any of our pieces in 9ct, 14ct, 18ct and 24ct gold. This will be handled as a bespoke piece where you will find more information on here.

Delivery and Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Whilst most of our pieces are made to order (4 - 6 weeks) if we have the item in stock ready to ship then we will notify you and aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days. For bespoke orders, our lead time is 6 - 8 weeks (unless agreed otherwise), from after the initial consultation has taken place and deposit has been paid. Can I collect my order in person?

How do I change my delivery address?

If you need to amend your shipping address, please send an email to studio@nattiejewellery.com with your name, order number and the updated correct shipping address.

Returns, exchanges and repairs

Do you accept returns?

Whilst we hope that you will love your piece, we can only accept returns if the piece has never been worn and is still in it’s original perfect condition. Please note that we cannot accept returns after 2 weeks. For more information on returns and exchanges please click here.

Can I return a bespoke order?

No, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bespoke orders unless the studio is at fault. For more information regarding our bespoke terms and conditions please click here.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes you can exchange your piece for a different size, on the basis that it is returned to us in it’s original condition. If we have the size that you require in stock, we will be able to exchange straight away. If we do not, we will need to make a new piece which will take up to 4-6 weeks. We recommend getting your ring size measured to make absolutely sure.

Do you cover the cost of returns?

Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returns, we recommend that you use a secure tracked postal service to send back to us as we will not be liable for loss or damage. For more information on returns please click here.
