Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your Nattie Jewellery piece, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then please contact us within seven days of receipt. We can offer an exchange or full refund (excluding postage) on all stock items as long as the piece is returned in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Pierced jewellery (e.g. earrings) Products for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

  • Any Bespoke Commission unless damaged or defective. 

  • Nattie Jewellery Gift Cards.

Please note (unless there is a studio fault) the purchaser is liable for fully insured return costs.

This rule is only applicable to stock items. Bespoke pieces are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. Pieces can be resized for a fee (unless the studio is at fault).

During busy periods, please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed once it is received by us. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Once a refund has been issued, please allow up to 5 working days for this to appear on your account.

We can accept returns in person at our business premises but only by prior arrangement.

If you are using a tracked returns service (e.g. Royal Mail, Evri, DPD), please keep the tracking number safe so you can quote it in any necessary correspondence.

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unworn and in the original packaging. Nattie Jewellery reserves the right to refuse a refund on Products deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
